Registration fees

 

*All fees must be paid in Swiss francs (CHF). The EURO rates stated are for information only, according to the exchange rate at the end of April 2005.

 

 

Payment

 

 

Registrations will only be processed after payment has been received by the conference management. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and AmericanExpress), bank transfer or a cheque made payable to ÓPrivacy Conference 2005Ó.

 

 

Registration confirmation

 

 

Detailed confirmation will follow approximately 10 days after receipt of payment. No further correspondence will be sent to registered persons. The final programme will be distributed at the conference.

 

 

Insurance

 

 

The registration fee does not include entitlement to any insurance benefits whatsoever. Participants are responsible for taking out insurance.

 

 

Cancellations and reimbursement

 

 

Registration fees

 

Cancellations before 18 July 2005: liable solely to a cancellation fee of CHF 150 (EURO 97).
Cancellations before 1 August 2005: 50 % of fees will be reimbursed.
Cancellations after 1 August 2005: no reimbursement will be made.

 

Accompanying programme and day excursions

 

Cancellations before 1 August 2005: fees will be reimbursed in full
Cancellations after 1 August 2005: no reimbursement will be made.

 

Hotel

 

Each booking alteration or cancellation made before 8 September 2005 will be liable to an administration fee of CHF 25 (EURO 16).
From 9 September until the day before arrival, the hotel will charge for at least one nightÒs accommodation plus an administration fee of CHF 25
No-shows will be charged at up to 75 % of room rate plus an administration fee of CHF 25.
